Develop children’s knowledge of fractions with these sharing mats.  They should use the mats to find a quarter or a half of a quantity.  Simply place the number of counters or other objects in the box at the top and then share equally between the smaller boxes.  FUN hands-on learning for your maths lessons! 
 
The following are included in black and white
•Halving mats x 10: find half of multiples of 2 to 20
•Quartering mats x 10: find a quarter of multiples of 4 to 40
